  1. Processing & Preparation (1–3 Business Days)

Our fulfillment partners immediately get to work preparing your order. During this 1 to 3 business day window, your luxury satin silk set is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

 

  1. Dispatch & Tracking Notification

Once your package is handed over to the courier, we will send you a second email containing your personalized tracking number. You can click the secure tracking link inside that email to monitor your gift’s journey in real time.

 

  1. Final Delivery (Typically Within 1 Week)
